Requesting a return or reporting a problem

Include your order number, the name used for the order, which item is affected, and a short description of the issue. If an item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect, please include clear photographs when you contact us by email.

We will review the details with you and confirm the available next steps, including return arrangements where applicable. Please do not mail an item back before we have provided return instructions.

Personalized and custom orders

For custom-printed golf balls, shot glasses, napkin holders and made-to-order wooden cases, describe the issue with your order and include your approved artwork or design details where relevant. Contact us so we can review the circumstances and discuss possible solutions.
