    • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
    • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
    • Custom or personalized golf products may require additional processing time.
  • We offer various shipping options to meet your needs:

    • Standard Shipping (Canada): 3-7 business days (depending on location).
    • Expedited Shipping (Canada): 1-3 business days.
    • Standard Shipping (USA): 5-10 business days (depending on location).
    • Expedited Shipping (USA): 2-5 business days.

      Shipping options will be presented to you at checkout.
    • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.
    • Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $150 CAD (within Canada).
    • International shipping to the U.S. will incur a separate shipping fee, which will be calculated at checkout based on location.
    • We primarily ship within Canada and to the United States.
    • At this time, we do not offer International shipping outside of Canada and the U.S.
    • Orders shipped to the U.S. may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees, depending on the value of your order and your local regulations.
    • These charges are the responsibility of the customer and will be collected upon delivery
      by the carrier.
    • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email to track your shipment.
    • You can track your order directly on the carrier’s website or by logging into your account
      on our website.
    • Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to factors such as weather conditions, holidays, or delays with our shipping carriers.
    • In the event of a significant delay, we will notify you via email with updates regarding your
      order.

    within 7 days of receiving your shipment.
